VOLUNTEERS
BTA is a fully volunteer run organization and truly a community driven effort all around. In order for to us to operate and scale we are well structured. The majority of our volunteers are teachers and the rest in administration doing many different functions such as organizing events, overseeing admissions, facilities, logistics, weekly operations and technical support.
The executive team consists of the members of the board, the principal, vice principal and leads of different committees (Facilities, Events, Logistics, Technology, Academic enrichment, Volunteer Management and Public Relations). The EC committee is the operational nerve center that executes and oversees the operations for the entire year. The team meets monthly and co-ordinates and handles all aspects of running the school.
we strongly believe that volunteerism and giving of one's time and effort for the greater good leads to fulfillment in life. Hence, we encourage you to come and join us.
Bharathi Tamil Academy has a dedicated crew of volunteers as teaching staff. Our teachers dedicate their time and effort to promote and teach Tamil to our children. Our teachers/ volunteers are the back bone of our school.
