Our Tamil school classes are held every Sunday at 9:55 AM– 11:30AM at Redmond High School, Redmond, WA.

Students enrolling in the MunMazhalai (Pre Kinder Garten) class must be 4 years or older as of September 1 of the School year.

The fees for Academic year 2025-2026 is $295 which needs to be paid once during registration. This includes the books for the level student is enrolled in.

Parents are welcome to drop off and pick up their children. Parents need to sign-in and sign-out is required. However, parents of MunMazhalai and Mazhalai students are requested to assist teachers on a rotating basis to help manage the students (for e.g. For water breaks, restroom breaks).

Level 1 classes generally consist of 6-year-old students, aligning with public school grade levels. Occasionally, older students who join later may be placed in this class.

Yes. School will provide the relevant books. One primary lesson book and another workbook will be provided. New students joining the school are also provided with a bag.

Yes. A minimum of 80% attendance is required. Attendance contributes to 20% weightage for the final graduation assessment.

Yes. There will be homework assigned after most of the classes, consistently completing the homework is required. Homework contributes 20% weightage for the final graduation assessment.

No, make-up classes are not offered. However, parents may coordinate with the teacher to obtain the missed lesson materials and assist their child at home.

Beginning in 2025, each household will be assigned a volunteer activity. Parents will receive details regarding their assigned volunteer role during the first week of the school year.
